The complainant has requested information about histopathology breast care services. University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) refused to comply with the request as it considers it is vexatious under section 14 of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust has correctly applied section 14 FOIA in this case. It was not therefore obliged to comply with the request. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2013/0166 dismissed.
