The complainant requested information in relation to policy for the allocation of sittings to fee-paid Judges of the Immigration & Asylum Chamber of the First Tier Tribunal. The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority was entitled to refuse to comply with the request on the basis of section 12(1) FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
