The complainant made 52 requests relating to Jobcentre Plus. The Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) refused the requests under s14 FOIA as they were considered vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that the requests are vexatious and so s14 was applied correctly. The DWP is therefore not obliged to comply with these requests. Information Tribunal EA/2013/0232 dismissed.
