South Gloucestershire Council

The complainant has requested correspondence on South Gloucestershire Council’s (SGC) internal discussions about Filton Airfield. SGC identified a number of documents within the scope of the request and disclosed many of these. The remaining documents were withheld under regulation 12(4)(e) of the EIR. The Commissioner’s decision is that the internal communications exception is engaged and the public interest favours maintaining the exception.
