The complainant has requested information relating to the 11+ entrance test for Reading School (the school) which took place in October 2012.The Commissioner’s decision is that Reading School has correctly applied section 36(2)(c) to part of the request. However, he also finds that the school has incorrectly applied section 40(2) to the other part of the request. The Commissioner requires the school to disclose to the complainant the information withheld under section 40(2) of the FOIA. Information Tribunal EA/2013/0257 dismissed.
