The complainant requested various items of information for the five year period from 2008 to 2012 in respect of actions taken against taxi drivers in South Wales. South Wales Police (‘SWP’) refused to provide the information by virtue of section 12 of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that SWP was entitled to rely on section 12 of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2013/0264 dismissed
