English Heritage provided the complainant with some of the requested information, but withheld some information under sections 36(2)(c), 40(2) and 43(2) FOIA and regulation 12(5)(e) EIR. The Commissioner’s decision is that the DfE has correctly applied sections 36(2)(c), 40(2) and 43(2) FOIA and regulation 12(5)(e) EIR. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
