The complainant requested a copy of the DVLA’s Enforcement Policy. The DVLA provided some information but confirmed that it does not currently hold further information relevant to his request. The Commissioner’s decision is that the DVLA has complied with its obligations under section 1(1) of the FOIA, however, its failure to provide all relevant information at the time of the request represents a breach of section 10(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken by the DVLA.
