University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust

The complainant has requested information relating to a selection and redundancy process carried out on 19 and 20 May 2010 by University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL) and information relating to any severance package/benefits relating to two named individuals employed by the Trust. The Commissioner’s decision is that all information held by UHL relating to the requests has been provided to the complainant with the remainder of the relevant information having been deleted or destroyed. He requires no further steps to be taken.
