The Commissioner’s decision is that Coventry City Council is entitled to withhold the requested information in reliance of sections 30(1)(a), 30(1)(b), 30(2)(a) and 30(2)(b) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any further action in respect of this complaint.
