The complainant has requested information relating to the Real World Broadcasting Project 2005-2007, undertaken by a third party but partly funded by the Department for International Development. The complainant complains that the Department for International Development wrongly relied on section 40(2) to withhold some of the information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Department for International Development correctly relied on section 40(2) to withhold requested information except as regards the names of organisations. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the withheld names of organisations.
