The complainant requested a copy of the nominal roll of recipients of the Kenya Campaign Medal of 1968. The public authority withheld the information on the basis of the exemption at section 40(2) FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority is entitled to withhold the withheld information on the basis of section 40(2). The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
