The complainant has requested the total number of ‘band 9’ positions within Chelsea & Westminster NHS Trust (the Trust) and the job titles associated with those roles. The Trust provided the complainant with the requested information but failed to do so within 20 working days of the request being made. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust breached section 10(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) as it did not provide the information within 20 working days of the request being made. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
