The complainant has requested copies of Norfolk County Council’s reports for the ‘Waste Treatment PFI’. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) has correctly applied regulation 12(4)(e) of the EIR to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require Defra to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
