The complainant requested details of meetings and correspondence between a named third party and development management officers at Camden Council (the Council) concerning a particular address. The Council provided some information in response to the request but withheld the remainder on the basis of regulation 12(5)(f) of the EIR on the basis that disclosure of the information would adversely affect the person who provided it. The Commissioner’s decision is that regulation 12(5)(f) is not engaged and therefore the Council needs to disclose the withheld information.
