The complainant has requested information from the Council for the Curriculum Examinations & Assessment (“CCEA”) regarding certain GCE Mathematics examination papers. CCEA applied section 14(1) of FOIA to the complainant’s requests as it considered the requests to be vexatious. The Commissioner’s decision is that CCEA has correctly applied section 14(1) of FOIA to the requests. Therefore, the Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0084 disposed of by consent.
