- Decision(s) FOI 10: Upheld
The complainant requested information about the use of Tasers. Despite a number of letters committing to provide a response, the Home Office has, by the date of this notice, yet to provide a substantive response to the request. The Information Commissioner’s decision is that the Home Office breached section 10 of the FOIA in that it failed to provide a valid response to the request within 20 working days of receipt. The Commissioner requires the Home Office to issue a response under the FOIA.
