The complainant submitted three requests to the Welsh Government, referring to three separate Welsh Minsters and asked for information about the Powys Fadog project/River Lodge site in Llangollen. The Welsh Government considered that the requests were vexatious and relied on section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner considers that the requests were vexatious and that section 14(1) was correctly engaged. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.   Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0118 allowed.
