The complainant has requested information broadly concerning employees currently suspended, on gardening leave or absent from work due to sickness. The Commissioner’s decision is that the BBC has correctly applied the exemption set out at section 12 of FOIA. However, he also considers that the BBC has not met the requirements of section 10. The Commissioner requires the public authority to take no steps.
