The complainant has requested information relating to all the members of Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group (“CCG”). The request included home addresses for members of the governing body. The Commissioner’s decision is that the CCG is entitled to rely on section 40(2) of the FOIA as a basis for refusing to provide the complainant with the outstanding requested information.
