The complainant requested various pieces of information about Prosiect Gwyrdd. Cardiff Council (“the Council”), provided some information and withheld other information under regulation 12(5)(e) of the EIR. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied regulation 12(5)(e) to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0137 allowed.
