Bassetlaw District Council

The complainant has requested from Bassetlaw District Council “… all emails and other correspondence” generated as a result of his own earlier correspondence to it. The Commissioner’s decision is that Bassetlaw District Council correctly relied on section 14 (vexatious request) not to comply with the request. The Commissioner requires the public authority to take no steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
