The complainant has requested information about the preferred option concerning the Halifax Bus Station Relocation Study 2009. The Commissioner’s decision is that Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council (“CMBC”) has complied with section 1 of the FOIA by informing the complainant that it did not hold the information he seeks. The Commissioner does not require any further action from CMBC in respect of this matter.
