The complainant has requested various information relating to the administration and governance of Balsham Parish Council. The Commissioner’s decision is that Balsham Parish Council has provided all the information it holds in relation to the insurance policy and has correctly applied the exemption for information accessible to the applicant by other means at section 21 of the FOIA in relation to request for the council’s publication scheme and standing orders. He does not require the public authority to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
