The complainant has requested information concerning the removal of 46 trees from the Asda site at Burgh Heath and their replacement by 10 trees. The Commissioner’s decision is that Reigate and Banstead Borough Council (“the Council”) has provided the complainant with all the recorded information it holds which is relevant to her request and, in doing so, the Council has complied with the obligation imposed on it by regulation 5(1) of the EIR. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any further action in this matter.
