Civil Service Commission

  • Date 27 May 2014
  • Sector Central government
  • Decision(s) FOI 21: Not upheld
The complainant has requested information on the number of times that the Information Commissioner (IC) had determined that the Civil Service Commission (CSC) did not need to release information about the number of civil servants that had been sacked for raising concerns under the Public interest Disclosure Act 1998 (PIDA). The Commissioner’s decision is that the CSC has complied with the request. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any further action in this matter.
