The complainant has requested all the papers (agenda, minutes, notes, reports, documents, etc.) of all the meetings of the Trust's non-executive directors from 1 January 2011 to the date of the request. Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) denied holding the requested information. The Commissioner considers that the Trust was correct to confirm that it did not hold the requested information under section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
