The complainant has requested email correspondence which relates to “Marquis Lane” from St Albans City & District Council (the “Council”) from July 2011 between a named councillor and other parties. The Commissioner’s decision is that the emails are not held by the Council. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0168 allowed in part.
