The complainant has made a request to Hounslow Heath Infant and Nursery School (“the School”) for information broadly concerning the School’s complaints procedure, School referrals and information relating to a child that attended the School. The Commissioner’s decision is that the School has correctly applied the exemption set out at section 40(5)(b)(i). The Commissioner requires the public authority to take no steps.
