The complainant has requested information relating to misconduct cases lodged against NHS Directors. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) has correctly applied section 12(1) of the FOIA. He also finds that it has complied with its obligations under section 1 and section 16 of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
