The complainant has requested details of disciplinary action taken against employees at the council. The council provided some information in response to some questions, however it then applied section 40(2) to the remaining questions. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has correctly applied section 40(2) to the information. The Commissioner does not require the authority to take any steps.
