The complainant has requested copies of Taser Deployment Forms, with any ‘sensitive’ information redacted. The Association of Chief Police Officers (“ACPO”) found, because of the burden involved, that the request was vexatious under section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that ACPO was entitled to rely on this exclusion. He requires no steps.
