- Decision(s) FOI 12: Not upheld
The complainant has requested information relating to cherished car registration numbers. The DVLA refused to comply with the request under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) as it said it would exceed the cost limit to do so. The Commissioner’s decision is that the DVLA has correctly applied section 12 FOIA in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0212 dismissed.
