Devon County Council

The complainant has requested a copy of a draft Traffic Management Plan for the Sidmouth Folk Festival which he believes was used by Devon County Council (“the Council”) to approve that event. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to withhold the draft Traffic Management Plan in reliance of Regulation 12(4)(d) of the EIR. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any further steps in this matter. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0236 dismissed.
