The complainant has requested the name of a Director and that individual’s governing body. Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust (‘the Trust’) refused to release part of the requested information and cited section 14 of the FOIA (vexatious request) as its basis for doing so. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request is vexatious and that the Trust is correct not to comply with it. He does not require the Trust to take any further steps.
