The complainant requested information about the university’s arrangements to manage a protest in support of its low paid workers. The Commissioner’s decision is that the University of London has correctly relied upon s31 to withhold part of the information. It has incorrectly relied upon s31 and s38 to withhold the rest of the information. The Commissioner requires the university to disclose the information identified as items (c) and (d) in paragraph 11 of this notice.
