The complainant has made requests for information from Blackpool Council (“the council”) about parked vehicles. The council refused the requests on the basis that they were vexatious under section 14(1) and repeated under section 14(2) of the Freedom of Information Act (“the FOIA”). The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has correctly refused the requests as vexatious under section 14(1). The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
