Brentwood Borough Council

The complainant has requested information relating to a railway station.  Brentwood Borough Council responded to the request but did not reply to the complainant’s internal review request until being prompted to do so during the Commissioner’s investigation. The Commissioner’s decision is that Brentwood Borough Council has breached regulation 11 of the EIR. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
