The complainant has requested copies of three letters sent on behalf of the Co-Chairs of IPCC WGI referred to in the Decision Notice on case reference FER0521520. The ICO refused to disclose the requested information under regulation 12(5)(d) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has correctly applied regulation 12(5)(d) EIR. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
