- Decision(s) FOI 14: Not upheld
The complainant has requested information on Harris Manchester College’s (‘the College’) policies and complaints procedures as well as details of the membership composition and responsibilities of College committees. The College relied on section 14 of the FOIA in refusing to comply with the request. It stated that the request was vexatious. The Commissioners decision is that College has met its obligations under the FOIA. He is satisfied that the request is vexatious. He therefore does not require the College to take any steps to comply with the legislation.
