The complainant has requested information on school waiting lists and the allocation of school places in Warwickshire. Warwickshire County Council (“the Council”) refused to respond to the request as it considered it to be vexatious under section 14(1) of the FOIA.
The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council correctly applied the provisions of section 14(1) to refuse the request. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2014/0284 withdrawn.
