The complainant has requested information from London Borough of Lambeth (the “Council”) relating to the closure of the west side footway and northbound cycle lane in Vauxhall Street SE11 in connection with a development project on the west side. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has breached section 10(1) of the FOIA in that it failed to respond to the request within 20 working days of receipt of the request. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps.
