The complainant has requested information relating to proposed changes to medical specialities. North Cumbria University Hospital Trust (the Trust) refused to provide the requested information under section 36(2)(b)(ii) and section 36(2)(c) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust has correctly applied section 36(b)(ii) FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
