The complainant has requested from London Borough of Haringey (the “Council”) clarification on a site visit, the details of the survey and the name of the engineer. The Council disclosed some of the requested information and applied section 40(2) of the FOIA to the remaining parts of the request. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied section 40 of the FOIA to the request. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps.
