The complainant has requested information relating to the implementation of European Union financial sanctions against the Zimbabwe Government, a named individual and a commercial organisation. The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority was entitled to withhold all the information within the scope of the complainant’s request on the basis of the exemption at section 44(1)(b) FOIA.
