The complainant requested information on any payments made by Vodafone to Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council (“the Council”).The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has provided all the recorded information it holds within the scope of the request.

The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.  Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0002 permission to appeal refused.
