The complainant has requested information from Sheffield City Council (the council) about costs and savings related to the reduction of the number of libraries in Sheffield. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has correctly declined to deal with the request under the FOIA.  The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any further steps.
