Brecon Beacons National Park Authority

The complainant has requested various items of information regarding two named employees of the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority and a failed planning application. Brecon Beacons National Park Authority refused the request on the grounds that it was vexatious and cited section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that Brecon Beacons National Park Authority has correctly applied section 14(1) to this request for information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
