The complainant made a freedom of information request to the BBC which asked whether it had used its investigative licence power to assess information he had sent to the Home Office. In response the BBC said that the requested information was not held. The Commissioner’s decision is that the information is not held and requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0011 Struck Out.
