The complainant has requested information about paperwork submitted to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner (OTC) by a named company.  The OTC released some information within the scope of the request and, when challenged by the complainant, said it did not hold any additional information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the OTC has released all the information that it holds and has complied with section 1(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the OTC to take any further steps.
